Our Mexico Turquesa Decaf is decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process described here. This process is a natural, and our preferred process, because there is no use of chemicals to remove the caffeine.
The Mexico Turquesa Decaf carries a bold chocolate and fruit flavors in each roast and can be ordered in our signature three roasts, described below:
Light roast: As smooth as a light milk chocolate. Flavors such as berries, apples and apricot strike first with a finishing touch of nutty and cocoa undertones.
Medium Roast: You can't go wrong with the medium roast. Well balanced across the entire flavor spectrum from sweet flavors like caramel and brown sugar to blackberries. All of this with the flavors of cocoa throughout.
Dark Roast: Bold chocolate, spicy and earthy flavors. This roast could easily be confused as a caffeinated coffee with the level of complexity in the roast and the range of flavors.
